Postcard #2: Greece

Before I end this day, I would love to share the second postcard.

Today's postcard originated from Athena, Greece. 

Since I had never thought to send postcards, I only bought 3 postcards without send it from the post office there. (boo)
But wait, I think I did not see any post office nor mail box in Athena and Thessaloniki. So, it was not my fault (hahaha) 

The postcards here are quite cheap - around 30 - 50 cent only. 


THIS PLACE will be my next destination whenever I visit Greece again in the future!

Hujan Coklat di Rosenmontag Karneval !

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2013 TRAVELERS !  Di hari pertama di tahun 2013 - masih dengan semarak tahun baru, saya ingin membagikan pengalaman saya yang tidak kalah seru dengan perayaan tahun baru - yaitu ketika saya mengikuti festival Rosenmontag di kota Cologne (Köln), Jerman tahun 2012 lalu. Festival Rosenmontag, Cologne, Jerman February 2012 Rosenmontag - dalam bahasa Inggris disebut Rose Monday , kalau dalam bahasa Indonesia berarti Senin Mawar (hmm - aneh ya). Festival ini merupakan festival terbesar yang diadakan di negara Jerman tiap tahunnya - yaitu pada saat Shrove Monday (ada yang tahu apa istilah Indonesianya?). Menjelajahi Eropa Tengah Part II-A : Museum Auschwitz

Menyambung dari pos  Menjelajahi Eropa Tengah Part I : Budapest , sekarang saya akan membagikan pengalaman saya ketika berkunjung ke negara Polandia . Berhubung informasi yang ingin saya bagikan (tanpa disangka) cukup banyak, maka pos mengenai Polandia ini akan saya bagi menjadi 2 bagian - A dan B. Di Part A , saya akan membagikan beberapa informasi mengenai Polandia dan juga perjalanan saya ke Museum Auschwitz . Sedangkan di Part B , saya akan memfokuskan tentang kota Krakow dan Tambang Garam di Wieliczka. Negara : Polandia Ibukota : Warsaw Bahasa : Polski Mata uang : Zloty (PLN) Tidak seperti di Budapest, kunjungan saya di Polandia berlangsung (sedikit) lebih panjang, yaitu selama 2 hari.
