Hello. Again.

After all these days and YEARS, hello again blogger and readers!  Millions of things happened to me in the past few years.  New things. New job. New life. And recently, new place to live. (Yeah, I moved to Bali recently)  These hinder me to go back to my laptop, open my blog, and write my stories again.  But, today -- I'll try to sharpen my writing skill again and continue writing those stories kept in draft for a LONG TIME and finished it, one-by-one.  And, man... those drafts, those stories was already 4-5 years ago!  Time flies so fast and I hope my brain could still remember what happened back then. Ha.  As I checked there is new template published, I also decide to make things look newer here.  Hopefully with the change of style, it could give me new motivation to continue this travel blog project.  Wish me luck with the self-motivation!  Btw, happy long weekend, fellas!

A beach called Dreamland

Let's take a break in Europe and go back to Indonesia. As you can see (perhaps), 2013 is not my travelling-year, so it is SO HARD for me to move on from the memories in Europe a year ago. But, fortunately I could visit Bali (again) 2 weeks ago and had a short trip to Dreamland , a beach located 15 minutes away from my house (but, I have never beeeeennn there!). Honestly, I am not so into to the beach - because beach only has 1. sands, 2. saltwater, 3. sun (a very HOT one). So, yeah, when I suddenly planned to go there, I did not have a big expectation. I just, go. And this is what Dreamland offered to entertain my eyes, my soul and my mind. Beautiful. Dreamland, paradise in Bali :) I am sorry that I underestimate your existence, dear Dreamland. :) So, are you excited and want to get more information about this wonderful beach? You visit the right place! Sands, rocks, seaweeds are best experienced with BAREFOOT :)  *** Dreamland is located inside the P...

RR Tour de Djakarta

Welcome June! As the first post in new month, I would like to share about my recent trip to Jakarta (it sounds funny, but yeah, it IS a trip!) It was the first RR tour trip in South East Asia - and since we are Indonesian, why should not we start from the capital city of Indonesia? So, here we go - we decided to travel around in Jakarta, not as locals, but as tourists. Our first stop is Constitutional Court buildings (Mahkamah Konstitusi). Located in Medan Merdeka Barat 6, not far away from National Palace (Istana Negara) and National Monument (Monas). The first thing you would notic is the structure of its building - which looks like Parthenon in Athena. To be honest, I have never thought that Jakarta has this kind of building. The building looks so great and luxurious from the outside - but inside - it is quite plain, but these ceilings and dom are beautiful. Unfortunately, I do not know whether tourist could freely visit this place or not, because I visit...

Indonesian Virus

This is what a blogger will do whenever she has a very boring day - post random stuffs on her blog. Since it is random, I decided to write another shorties and just like previous posts (see : shorties ), the title is inspired by another K-drama's title (yes, I'm a K-addict) called Beethoven Virus. Despite the randomness - I wish you a pleasant stay while  watching reading the story of Indonesian Virus ala Traveler's Passport! *** August 17th, 2012 Wisma KBRI Berlin  Wisma KBRI Berlin Today, I went to Wisma KBRI Berlin to celebrate the independence day of Indonesia. It was such an amazing day - because it was the first time to be having a national ceremony together with the Ambassador of Indonesia in Germany, Ministers, and also Indonesian citizens who reside in Germany. Plus, if I remembered that the last time I attended a ceremony was in . . . 2008 ? The podium The Paskibra The participants and   The journalists T...

Trick Art Exhibition Jakarta

Hello travelers! It has been a while since my last post. I'm quite busy preparing for the upcoming exam and my brain almost exploded due to excessive studies. :p To help my (almost) exploded brain - I'm going to refresh my brain a little - by writing a short post about my visit to   Trick Art Exhibition in Grand Indonesia, Jakarta.  Somebody - helpp me! Trick Art was first introduced by Japanese in 1980.  Trick Art is the type of artwork that makes use of optical illusion by using shades, colours, perspectives, and lighting - to create the 3D effects. Through years, trick art has been known worldwide and now, it is time for Indonesia to get to know about Trick Art!
