Postcard #4 : Salzburg

We are almost in the first half of 2013 and it has been a year since my first visit to Salzburg - time flies!

So, here is another postcard that I bought from Salzburg. :)

I forgot about the price for each, but I think it should be cheap - around 30 - 50 cents.

And not to forget, Salzburg is the hometown of the famous classic artist - Amadeus Mozart!

As a backpacker, it is always important to minimize my travel budget - as lowwww as possible. I learned a lot of tricks to minimize my travel budget during my 7 months-long travel in Europe until at one point, I could say that even though everything is expensive in Europe, BUT if you know the trick, your wallet will not suffer. So, here are 7 ways to minimize your travel budget ala Traveler's Passport :)  1. Plan your travel at the latest 2 months before your journey.  The longer your plan, the better. But 2 months is the minimum - to get a cheap ticket for your Ryan Air's flight, or a promo ticket for your over night Eurolines' bus. This post is dedicated to all European budget airlines lovers! Airport - is the important place. This is where our travelling starts and ended. If we could not know where is the airport and how to get to the airport, than our travelling will be a mess. Since I travel a lot with European budget airline,  I have to invest more time to look for the information regarding the airports used in budget airports, especially the location and how to get there (most important!).  Most of the budget airline (esp. Ryan Air) are using local airports which is located far (away) from the city. Beside the location, these local airports also do not have varieties of public transportation access.
