Word-strings

All Around Europe : Grocery Stores

It is time to add another post for All Around Europe series . For today, I would like to review several grocery stores in Europe. The reviews will be based on my own Shopping O'meter scale and everything written here is based on my own experiences and opinions. :) #1 Shopping O'meter scale :  The place where everything could be found, touched, felt, seen,  and of course bought - whenever you need it, or not. :)  Comments :  Since Kaufland is only 5 minutes away from my office, I often do my grocery shopping here.  The shopping area is big.  The price is relatively low compared with others. The quality equals to what you paid. A suggested place to kill your boring time.  #2 Shopping O'meter scale :  Emergency grocery store for those who forget that shops are closed at 6 PM in Europe.  Comments : I often do my grocery shopping here because this is the last grocery store that still open until 10 ...

All Around Europe : Döner

My all-time-favorite food in Europe :  Döner ! The appetizing Doner Teller mit Pommes! It feels funny to say that Doner is my favorite food while in Europe. Some of you might thing "WHAT?" or "HOW COME?" or maybe "She has a weird taste." Well, you are right. There are LOTS of delicious foods here - so many cheese, bacons, sausages - but despite all of those MANY delicious European foods - I choose  Döner ! Why I choose  Döner ? There are certain reasons for that. 1. It's cheap!  The most common reason. Hahaha. It is the cheapest food - in the whole Europe. (Maybe to be exact, in all European countries I've visited) Usually, by spending 2 - 5 Euros you have already got a tasty Döner  Even, in Vienna, I found the cheapest Döner ever - it's only 1.50 Euros and tasted GREAT! 2. It is BIG. Well, for me - as an Asian. One portion of Döner is equal to 2 normal meals. In the early week, I couldn't eat the whole Döner a...
